Personal data contained in a User's or Specialist's profile is processed for the purpose of performing the Terms of Use, including account creation and maintenance, profile verification and moderation, providing Service functionality, matching communication partners and Specialists, organizing communication, arranging bookings and payments, ensuring Service safety and handling requests.

Users and Specialists fill in their profiles and, where applicable, Specialist questionnaires through the Service interface and determine what information they submit for publication, unless otherwise provided by the Terms of Use, the rules of a specific Service section or mandatory platform requirements for Specialist profiles.

By submitting profile information for publication or by publishing a profile, the User or Specialist confirms that they independently decide to publish such information and understand that it will be available to other Users, Specialists and/or visitors of the Service within the Service functionality.

The platform does not determine the content of voluntarily completed profile fields for the User or Specialist, but it may set the questionnaire form, mandatory fields, verification requirements, moderation rules and technical procedure for profile display.

After the profile is published, the platform technically provides the placement and display of information independently specified by the User or Specialist in the profile or questionnaire to other Users, Specialists and/or Service visitors within the Service functionality.

The User or Specialist may change the scope of profile information, hide the profile or withdraw confirmation for publication through available Service functions, where implemented, or by contacting support at contact@trumeneva.com.

After a profile is hidden or publication confirmation is withdrawn, the platform stops displaying the relevant information to other persons, except where further processing of certain data is necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, carry out settlements, handle requests, verify violations, ensure safety or protect the rights of the platform, Users, Specialists or third parties.
