Cookie Policy
TRUMEN EVA
1. General Provisions
This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the website, mobile applications and other
online services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by TRUMEN EVA Tech Limited
(“TRUMEN EVA”, “we”, “us” or the “Company”).
This Policy is supplementary to our Privacy Policy and describes how and why we use
cookies and similar technologies, what categories of cookies exist, which cookies require
your consent, and how you can manage your preferences.
The cookie notice is intended to inform you about this Policy. Optional cookies are used
only where the required consent has been obtained.
2. What Is a Cookie
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet or other
device) by a website or application when you access it. Cookies allow the Services to
recognise your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, and support the
functionality of the Services.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies, including:
– pixel tags (web beacons) — small images embedded in web pages or emails that
record whether a page was opened or an action was taken;
– local storage — data stored directly in your browser outside of cookie files;
– session identifiers and device identifiers used strictly for security, session protection
and fraud prevention, where applicable;
– SDKs in mobile applications that perform functions analogous to cookies.
References to “cookies” in this Policy cover all of the above technologies unless otherwise
specified.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Services to function and cannot be switched off. They
are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, saving your session, maintaining
security, selecting a language, or using other features you have specifically requested.
These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information beyond what is required
for the requested function.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require your separate consent and are enabled
automatically.
Examples of purposes: user authentication, session support, load balancing, security
protection, language and region settings, storing your consent preferences.
3.2 Functional Cookies
Functional cookies allow the Services to remember choices you make and provide
enhanced, more personalised features. They may be set by us or by third-party providers
whose services we have integrated into the Services.
Examples of purposes: remembering interface preferences, autofill in forms, saving display
settings between sessions.
Functional cookies are enabled only after you provide your consent, unless they are
technically inseparable from a strictly necessary function.
3.3 Analytical Cookies
Analytical cookies collect information about how visitors use the Services, including which
pages are visited most often and how users navigate between pages. This data helps us
understand user behaviour and improve the performance and content of the Services.
If analytical cookies involve a persistent identifier or a stable user ID, they are treated as
optional and are enabled only after you give your consent.
3.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Marketing cookies are used to show you advertisements relevant to your interests, to
measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, to build audience segments and to limit
how often the same advertisement is displayed.
These cookies may be set by us or by advertising partners. Marketing and advertising
cookies are used exclusively after you provide explicit consent. Until consent is given, no
marketing or advertising cookies are set on your device.
4. Rights of the Company
In connection with the use of cookies and similar technologies, TRUMEN EVA is entitled
to:
– use strictly necessary cookies without obtaining separate consent, where they are
required for the operation of the Services, user authentication, security, session
management, language selection or any other function specifically requested by the
user;
– use analytical, marketing, advertising and other optional cookies only after the user
has given consent, where such consent is required;
– record the user’s choice: consent, refusal, selected cookie categories, the date and
time of the choice, the version of the notice and the version of this Policy;
– update the list of cookies and providers by amending this Cookie Policy; the
updated version takes effect upon publication on the Services;
– use server logs and technical data for security purposes, diagnostics and prevention
of abuse, and ensuring the operability of the Services;
– transfer cookie-related technical data to analytics providers, hosting providers,
security services and other contractors to the extent such services are used in the
operation of the Services;
– restrict certain features of the Services if the user has disabled cookies without
which those features are technically impossible, without this constituting a violation
of the user’s rights.
5. Consent Management
Where optional cookies are used, we may display a cookie notice or consent management
interface allowing you to manage your preferences.
We do not use pre-ticked checkboxes for optional cookie categories. Optional cookies are
enabled only after the user provides explicit consent.
We store a record of your choice, including the selected categories, the date and time of the
choice, the version of the notice and the version of this Policy.
6. Changing Your Cookie Preferences
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings available
on the Services or within the application settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the
lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You may also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
– view and delete cookies already stored on your device;
– block all cookies or cookies from specific websites;
– receive a notification each time a cookie is about to be set.
Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. In
particular, disabling strictly necessary cookies may make it impossible to use core features
such as logging in or maintaining a session.
For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, please refer to your browser’s help
section or the following resources: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft
Edge.
7. Data Associated with Cookies and Third-Party Providers
Data collected through cookies may be linked to other technical information we hold,
including your IP address, device type and model, browser type and version, operating
system, and actions taken on the Services (pages visited, time spent, features used).
Some cookies may be set by third-party providers whose tools are integrated into the
Services. We select such providers and use their tools only where we have a legal basis to
do so. Third-party providers may also process data under their own privacy policies where
they act independently. Optional third-party analytics or marketing cookies are enabled
only after you provide consent through our consent management interface.
The information collected through cookies is stored and processed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
8. Cookie Retention Periods
Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent
cookies (stored on your device for a defined period or until manually deleted). The specific
retention period for each cookie depends on its purpose and provider.
We review and update our cookie list periodically. If new cookies are introduced that
require consent, consent will be re-collected before enabling them.
9. Changes to This Policy
TRUMEN EVA may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the
technologies we use, our business practices, or applicable law. When this Policy is updated,
the new version will be published on the Services with the updated effective date. Where
the changes are material, we will notify you through the Services or by other appropriate
means.
Continued use of the Services after the updated Policy has been published constitutes
acceptance of the changes. For cookies that require separate consent, consent will be re-
collected if the purposes or categories of cookies change.
